Is Dr. Palazzo accepting new patients? Unfortunately at this time Dr. Palazzo is not taking any new patients and the office does not see walk in appointments.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your appointment on the day of your first visit. During that time, we will ask you to fill out patient registration forms, including information required by your insurance carrier. To facilitate this process, you can complete all intake paperwork before you come to the clinic. Please download the patient registration forms here.

Do you take urgent care or same day appointments?
Yes. Please call my office, and my staff will assist you in setting up a same day appointment.

Do you have a cancellation policy?
24 hours notice of a cancellation is required otherwise there will be a $50.00 NO SHOW FEE.

How do you communicate with your patients regarding their lab and test results?
All lab and test results, including normal and abnormal results, are sent to you via e-mail or given to you by phone directly by the medical assistants within 2-3 days of completion.

What is your medication refill policy?
Routine prescription renewals: Please contact your pharmacy directly or call my office.
Please note: I do not renew routine prescriptions or narcotic prescriptions after-hours. You may leave a voice mail message with your pharmacy or my front office assistant so your prescription can be refilled during usual business hours.

What should I do if I have an after-hours emergency?
In life-threatening situations, dial 9-1-1 for fast paramedic assistance, or go directly to the nearest hospital or urgent care facility, such as Next Care in Georgetown.
